The Pirate Isles are a collection of islands between Bingtown and Jamaillia. Though many of the islands are uninhabited, the inhabitants of many of the islands participate in piracy against trade ships travelling past.
Kennit Ludluck united the various settlements into a united kingdom of sorts under his Raven Fleet.
